I sent my resume to a recruiter that had a job posting on a website. I got a call really fast, literally within 30 minutes. I had a phone interview with the recruiter, answered a couple of questions online through an app, and I had an interview set up with the DM by the end of the Day. I had the interview the next day. It was pretty relaxed, but still felt professional. It was quite easy, and I was asked common interview questions. I was called about 45 minutes later by the recruiter, and he told me that the DM liked me, and he wanted to offer me the position.
I applied and got the position within the first week of the month, took a drug test, completed verification of employment status, and did online training (unpaid) for the next two weeks, and then I was actually in the store and working on the last week of the month. I was in training for about four shifts, then got to work on my own.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MarketSource (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
Interview process was great held over zoom during the prime of the pandemic in california. With that being said whilst working their customer traffic was so low that none of the commission incentives were being fully realized so I rated it so-so
