I got an email from a recruiter and then I went to a different target for an interview and the team lead there was very cool and easy to talk with it did not feel like an interview I then spoke with the district manager who was also great and that was it I did a drug test and then started
The interview process was pretty easy. I had two phone calls. Normally, they do one phone call with the store manager and an in person interview with the district manager. However, in my case, it was two phone call interviews.

I found the ad on Craigslist, and the interview required me to answer 3 questions via and app in front of a camera. It was strange. I then had an in person interview, and it was relatively simple.
