the Interview Process was great where marketlinc got to know the applying people to make sure they were a great fit for the job as sales it not for everyone so it takes a great person to be in sales you you really have to be sure it is a fit for them too
Very serious and straightforward. 3 interviews on the phone. direct manager and two others with HR . All over the phone . Remotely done . A lot of customer esperience questions and personality questions

Interview took place over the phone, and was conducted by one individual. The interview took place over 2 days. Initial contact via email. Efficient and timely responses from management. Training sessions commenced within 2 weeks of the interview.
