Wow. Impressed, I am part time and I can have Benefits! Just starting my benefits, but package is very good.

mandatory life insurance after 6 months employment. Optional health and dental after 6 months are affordable and decent.

Standard comprehensive benefits packages for all employees.

Great Benefit for a part time position

Work from home job...good for me as I am new to Canada, and do not have a Driver`s license.

That it exists with a top tier insurance firm is the best thing . the worst thing is that it only kicks in after 6 months

I really like the drug plan, it covers most of my cost and sometimes i only owe around 5-10 dollars which is a lot cheaper. The company also has perk points so the better you do at the job you have a chance at earning perk points which you then can save up to buy different gift cards for music or food and many many other things as well.

They provide health benefits for even part time employees, not many employers offer that.

The benefits package is great.

The benefits could include massages, etc.. stuff like that, so it's like added perks to the company. Not much to complain about. The coverage for some areas are 50%, and that's pretty low, I'd like a 75% minimum but I can't really complain because it's better than nothing! Also the RESP fund maximum payment amount of $50 or $25 (can't remember) could be higher as well, but I think it's awesome that the company does that.
