Mark VII Equipment interview questions

Disorganized and extremely poor communication. The process took 3 weeks. I was told I was interviewing for one job and then at the interview they said the role was filled. It would have been professional to have informed me ahead of time. Then I was informed they would make a decision Friday/Monday that never happened. Rather than update me, I had to chase people down for an answer. They decided to interview more people. Again, very unprofessional. Was told again that they would be making a decision Friday/Monday. No communication at all. My advice is to avoid this company. Based on previous reviews I should not have wasted my valuable time.

Panel interview with 5 people, 2 spoke german as a first language and were hard to understand. Took 6-8 weeks total including 4 weeks after offer, no idea why.
