No interview. After being asked for my availability and responding straight away, no feedback was given. A week later a interview is scheduled 2 days in advance. Once the day comes and I'm waiting at my computer at the scheduled time and 1 minute prior to the interview I receive a email saying that my profile "does not fully match the key requirements for the position." which is fully okay, but not 1 minute prior to the interview after having received positive feedback on our first contact and no explanation was given for wasting time.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Marionete
Interview
Not worth bothering if you get the following one. It was just disrespectful:
They give you a take home test about implementing a REST service. It had a very poorly expressed description by someone that does not know English well. Then after submitting a solution, it gets accepted and the next stage is scheduled, but after that everything gets cancelled.
It seems they did not really reviewed it, and no feedback has been given apart of saying as a negative that the solution uses Spring heavily. I cannot explain why using libraries and frameworks is a penalty, but if that's the case then it would have been good to make it clear in the description (as they let you use any JVM language) before wasting anyone's time.
