Initially I met with the person who would be my manager to discuss the role. Later, I toured the main office and answered questions from the larger team. Since that time, the organization has refined its interview process. Current candidates complete an initial phone interview with the hiring manager, and later if they move forward meet individually with 3-4 members of a hiring team to answer questions and learn more about the organization.
