    Pros

Good pay for the work you do, great people, very diverse environment. Lots of opportunity to move up.

    Cons

On call to start, but as you build seniority you get more and more scheduled shifts and less on call work as casual.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing so far.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at BC Ferries (Toronto, ON) in January 2018.

    Interview

Very friendly an inviting people. They really try to make you comfortable. The process was a four step process: 1) Interviewed by the hiring manager and some of your potential direct reports, 2) Interviewed by the executive team and the CEO, 3) A more casual interview with family. The entire process took about 6 months.

    Interview Questions
