Interviewed with Terminal Manager and HR. Had to give knowledge on company and describe how to prioritize customer service issues. Had to provide two references on paper on day of interview.InterviewGave a list of various customer service problems and had to assign each issue a number corresponding to priority in which one you would attend to first (i.e. flood in washroom, traveler needs wheelchair, etc.)
