I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marine Credit Union (Fond du Lac, WI) in Feb 2025
Interview
Two interview process. First is with HR who asks a lot of in depth hypotheticals and then a second with 3 people: one who will directly be your potential boss, and the other two who lead different areas/markets. The second interview is quite lengthy with tons of hypotheticals, “what if this happens” style questions. Also, they’ll ask you to share some quantifiable evidence of your professional experience and how that’ll directly correlate to this role. Careful, you’ll get passed to the second interview if they “love your personality,” but all the while knowing you lack experience on paper (so much so I expressed my concern but was assured otherwise) and tell you that doesn’t always matter. To then, call you to reject you for the position you applied for and offer an entirely different position. All of this for a measly $17/hr + some offensive monthly bonuses.

Explain a time you didn't get along with your supervisor and how you handled it.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marine Credit Union in Nov 2019
Interview
This was a few years ago, but you take one or two online tests before getting called in. There's a brief in-person interview before they present one to two potential jobs depending on your test scores. If you go for the job they dont think suits you, they offer to let you job shadow before a more in-depth interview. Overall, very smooth and their recruiters help facilitate it really well.

Depending on test results, they ask what job you'd prefer and then discuss how you'd be suited to that one.
