Sat down with a lady from HR and a lady who works in the IT department. Asked me pretty straight forward questions:

Name a time when you had to think on your feet and what did you do?
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Marathon Petroleum (Toledo, OH) in Feb 2018
Interview
Pretty standard interview. They ask about your what you know about the company, why do you want to work here, work experience, education etc. Then move on to behavioral questions. Finally, they give you time to ask them questions.
