Typical process. HR sent me a list of questions to answer via email. So the usual HR interview was not on phone, but just through those email based questions. Based on my answers, I was moved to next round, which was interview with the Founder.
First, the Founder rescheduled the interview just 30 mins before time. Then on the rescheduled date, the person came but kept their camera off for the interview. (Imagine a candidate keeping their camera off in an interview! What fuss they'd create!)
After the interview, they just ghosted. No reply to even follow ups!
