This might looks funny but seriously that was a kind off interview, actually i have seen the interview job post on the website of glassdoor and i have approached HR or the mail, which has been allocated by the company in the job advertisement...They had arranged a call from a MBBS doctor who is currently working with them to know about the details, but he was also not clear for what i have being getting appointed and he was so kind as he was fresher working there , i was curious to work with a company who is working on genomics...Its a kind of startup in their team for appointing mbbs doctor as medical advisor as a next step, they might be looking for doctors to add in their team to advice their patients for better understanding on practical mode...its a great initiative but an interview call has been arranged by HR for medical advisor post after fellow employee and it was for hardly 3 or 4minutes and it was done by non doctor who is the company CEO, she might have taken a senior consultant for the interview with her because she wants to know about my knowledge in genetic field but mbbs degree speaks much more in respect to genomics....i am not saying this on high note just on a basic note...An interview call should be Q&A type mot about testing the words about my past knowledge co relating with work experience or any affliated fellowships etc etc in genomics... Apart from being CEO if they could have added a senior consultant with them in the interview would have made compatible sequencing in a interview process....Still i dint understand what they are looking for? After 2weeks of time loss i have got attached with a clinical research laboratory where interview was made by MBBS, MD, this speaks the about the outside scenario...As interviewer at mapmygenome said, team will get back yo you, but none mailed or called after that till date... you dint get back atleast a rejection letter or its looking for another one who is far better than you in norms of genomics etc etc should have informed its a baisc after completeion of interview... Because rejection is also acceptable but your team might have informed about rejection...If you want you can take this point as a suggestion or can ignore as you have ignored the interviewed candidate after interview, please do always have a crystal clear idea regarding an interview for a medical doctor who has MBBS degree with 2-3yrs experience at various hospitals and asks about genomics with a company entrepreneurship in hand makes only sense because as a CEO but not on educational basis(MBBS>>> personal experience, graduates from a higher institutes) ..Please do Make a compatible version of interview, genome sequencing is all about knowing the compatibility and making every single point noted and to make error free world with the advanced features...Interview by a CEO as CEO it does not make compatibility for interview for MBBS graduate...please do match the compatibility by making the interview process in better way...thanks and no offense...thought of mailing mapmygenome everything about this, why you dint mail etc etv but to be frank when i saw the interview post on glassdoor as they dint get back after the interview makes my senses alert and i have made my crystal clear point about this on the platform which made it possible to get in touch with you...Thanks again for this opportunity provided by you and your team..That was a great experience...!!!
