Maple Systems Web Developer interview questions

First had a phone screen and then an in-person interview the following week. The in-person interview seemed to go well and the manager was nice, but I never received any follow-up communication about their decision. All I received was an email in response to my "thank you" email saying that they were still working on their decision but then nothing after that. While I understand it is difficult for hiring managers to have to give bad news to candidates who are not offered the position, it leaves me with a negative impression of the company when there is no follow up. Up until that point, my view of Maple Systems was entirely positive.
