      Associate Interview

      Aug 20, 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Maple (Toronto, ON)

      Interview

3 rounds - first with talent acquisition, second is behavioral and third is a case. Was fair but my advice would be to know when your pointed questions are being tip-toed around - means that the team is unable to give you the confidence to know you will get what you want out of the role. Answers given by the team for my questions were generic and not from a genuine place, so that reflects culture.
