There was an initial phone screen with the recruiter, followed by phone interview with Director and two other managers. Then, in-person interview with Director, two other department managers and two other HR employees. Followed by another in-person
interview with VP of department and finally a lunch interview with the Director of the department.

Interview process is easy. It's an in person interview. The ask you about your previous work experience and what your capabilities are in terms of using certain tools. If you are really skilled they will send you to a site where you'll be able to use tools and contribute that way. That will pay higher. If you are just skilled at labour and not tools, then they will match you to a site that needs that.
