Interview
Manpower called me and went over the job details/requirements. They were incredibly thorough and went over everything including dress code and attendance policy (which is quite strict) prior to me even agreeing to do a phone interview. After the phone interview, there was an additional phone interview in which I read a script and answered some additional questions that were relevant to the position. The final interview was a 1-1 interview with an on-site manager with the company I'd be placed with. There was a data entry test during this portion as it is relevant to the position.

Describe a time you dealt with an irate/angry/upset customer and how did you handle it.
Had a interview with two HR representatives where they questioned me about myself, my goals. Then had a eight minutes english test to evaluate my language proficiency. The quizz was followed by a group interview where we spoke about ourselves.

Temp job recruitment during Covid. All by text, email. Company specializes in temp recruits and unfortunately there is no room for negotiation. The job may turn permament but it takes months depending on company.
