The interview was with the assistant manager, very informal and lasted less than 10 minutes. The questions were along the lines of asking your availability and if you had any other commitments, what kind of experience you have etc.

I walked in the store and handed in the resume. A week later they called me to set the interview time.
I conducted an one-on-one interview with the store manager. And then I got hired right after the interview.
