It was a panel interview with the development manager, the Solutions Architect and a senior member of the development team. The interview was structured into 3 different sections. Technical, behaviour based and behaviour based questions.
The interview duration was 2 hours and I had to whiteboard 3 technical questions that tested my programming skills as well as my database design abilities.
