Applied to the Parisian office. I get a phone call from Madrid but don't pick up, they call me 1 week later but in the metro so we decide a time for the next day.
She doesn't call me so after waiting 15 minutes I call to Madrid, she apologizes for having forgotten about me… She starts in French but then asks to switch to English. She only asks me about things already written in my CV, if she'd taken a closer look…
Wasn’t very open about sharing information about the company either, as certain things were “confidential”
By now, I know I don't want to work for this company. They're in dire need for better, more professional HR's.
J’ai postulé pour le bureau parisien. Je rate leur premier appel (numéro espagnol), donc ils me rappellent 1 semaine plus tard. Etant au métro, nous convenons d’une heure le jour d’après.
Après 15 minutes d’attente, j’appelle à Madrid et la RH s’excuse pour avoir oublié de moi…Elle commence à parler en français mais demander changer en anglais. Tous les renseignements qu’elle a demandé étaient déjà écrits sur mon CV…
La transparence n’est pas non plus au rendez-vous, comme certaines informations sur le bureau parisien sont « confidentiels »
Je conseille d’éviter cette boîte, ils ont urgemment besoin de RH plus professionnels.

Bueno y rápido, no requiere de mucho esfuerzo del candidato pero si de conocimiento acerca de la empresa donde te preguntarán si ya los conoces y cual ha sido tu acercamiento con esa empresa
Scheduled for a screening and then a first round group interview, then was told that we would head back in two weeks but was completely ghosted, I would avoid this company at all cost, it seems like they are only looking for a specific ethnicity to work for them, and they are also very unprofessional, pay seems to be below market as well, and the project they worked on are also very niche and limited, so I would say to avoid this company no matter what.
The interview process involved several rounds, but communication afterward was extremely poor. After completing the interviews, I never received a formal update, rejection, or feedback. Multiple follow-ups over several weeks went unanswered.
