I applied online. I interviewed at Mammoth Restoration and Construction (Allentown, PA) in Feb 2021
Interview
Appears to be a primarily "male-preferred" business for positions above technician/restoration level. Having over 3 decades of upper-management level experience and a near perfect skills-match (even possibly over-qualified), I wasn't even afforded the opportunity for an interview. In fact, I received a generic automated "declined" email within 2 hours of applying. I'm not sure if they use an employment agency to pre-screen applicants, but if so, the "family-owned business Owner" may want to rethink that. You lose great candidates that way. Upper Management candidates should be reviewed by a team of Upper Management. Owner: You might want to go back and look at the candidates that have been declined.
