Malmö Stad interview questions

It went well, nothing special. They needed help during the summer which is probably the reason I was chosen. They did not ask too hard of requirements, just that I was motivated to help the city

They asked me psychological questions and scenarios, trying to understand who I was and whether I was trustworthy. They also wanted to see if I was diligent. They presented me with ethical dilemmas, asking how I would handle situations where a patient refused medication or a family member questioned my care decisions. They wanted to know if I could remain calm under pressure, make sound judgments, and prioritize patient well-being while respecting their autonomy.
