Interviewed by the CFO that didn’t understand what the role entailed. Was asked to complete a project and be reviewed by a panel of designers. The panel all agreed the work was good and especially appreciated my CAD abilities to which the CFO responded “well, if she didn’t them herself”. As though I was submitting someone else’s work. It was very strange…and then they offered me the job.
