Interview
This was the only wired interview I have given so far. I feel like interviewers himself didn't know what he want to know from me.Interviewer tried to ask me the question other than my work profile which I have mentioned in resume. I clarify the same but insist me to solve the question so I provide the solution based on the logic. He also ask me some threading and algo based question which I have answered completely with code. I also describe some of the technology which interviewer is not aware of and it feel like he tried to know each and every thing about the technology for some specific condition. It was quite detailed interview and I provide end to end solution.Two of my solutions are quite different from traditional solution (I think interviewer try to get the answer same as describe in geeksforgeeks :)).
Finally hr ask me to leave for the day :)

Quite smooth, three rounds - 2 DSA and 1 design. Recruiter was very friendly and approachable. Interviewers were timely and professional. Process was frictionless from start to finish and everything was communicated in an honest and transparent way.

Interview
Got a call from a recruiter and the interview was scheduled. On the day of the interview, the interviewer was late by 10 mins. It was pretty clear from the initial conversation that he had no interest in conducting the interview. He started asking output-based questions and also some coding. But at one point I was explaining my approach to the answer, there was no response from him, and hence I checked whether the call was disconnected or not, but the call was still going on and after five minutes, he texted me in the chat that he's on some urgent call and is not able to engage with me. At this point, I had lost interest and did not want to take the interview any further. Unprofessional behaviour by the interviewer. I strongly suggest not wasting your time, giving interviews at MakeMyTrip as they don't care about you.

Approached by HR Interview process was of 3 rounds 2 Technical 1 Managerial Person taking interview seemed to be very disinterested and was doing minimal interaction through out the process.
