The first Interview was Teams screening with a one-person panel. The second Interview was a Teams meeting with three person panel. The entire process was approximately two and a half weeks. Each meeting was limited to 45 minutes. The first screening left me feeling great about this role. The second interview left me feeling uneasy. There was a hyper-focus on managing difficult clients/projects with a production team that has too much work, that I would have to sweet-talk fabricators at times to complete my role. One of the panel members left before reaching the midpoint of the interview. Everyone looked distracted and stressed.
