I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MailChannels in Jan 2025
Interview
Got an online meeting, and the recruiter asked general questions based on my resume, such as why I was interested in the position and previous frontend experience. After three weeks, I received a thanks letter, but the talk was quite comfortable and smooth.

Question 1
Write code to divide an email from Header and Body. And implement each unit test case for each header element.
Worst experience ever. They called me for an in-house interview four times and each time, they would mention that I would be a good fit and say stuff like 'so when you start early next month, you are going to be working with me', 'I'll send you the offer by end of this week' etc as if I got the job. Only did I find out that after four interviews, they don't even bother calling me and sends me a short e-mail that I didn't get it and wishes me good luck; not professional. Overall, negative experience and I felt like I was being played along the whole way.
