Line manager --> HOD --> HR head. the interview process was well defined and so were the questions, both on technical front and HR front. It was time bound and done in a structured manner

Interview level is easy, the company is based on operation and maintenance. They asked basic HR round questions, also asked easy level technical questions, also asked questions on MS Excel.
Starting with a case study & discussion to the final round, the process was pretty much smooth. You are required to frame documentation for feature enhancement & formulate your strategies on how you can create better products. The next round would be the discussion of the case study given. The last round will be with the Chief growth officer regarding your previous experience.
