Interview
The interview process took 3 rounds (accidentally 4 because the Team Lead was on vacation), one new interview every week if you left good impression after each one. After 1 month of continuous interviews every week, then another month of waiting for processing (should have been sooner, but different stakeholders go on vacation within the time, couldn't blame them).

Question 1
No focus on technical implementation (like syntax javaScript/ TypeScript or Algorithm) at all, but its up to you to explain what you did in your previous experiences, which is unique and very nice way to get to know a candidate (Kudos). Later on were more questions regarding design system, AI adoption and trade-offs between implementations.
