There wasn't a real interview. I filled out an application in which I told them I wanted $50K a year, and they only pay $30K/year w/ no benefits or 401K. Heard owner yell at an employee, I immediately declined.

Interview
Through Linked-in, they called,I went in for interview with partially retired man, then spoke to 85 year old owner. Said they couldn't afford me for the position I applied for and stated that there was another bigger opportunity that they thought I would be perfect for. They were to speak to President of company about it the next day and call me back. They called back and offered me an insultingly low amount of money and no benefits.
