Magenta (CA) interview questions

Beware of the process. A complete waste of time. It's the most bizarre process I've ever encountered. Why would they talk to me for a total of 4 hours and not get hired? I felt like they just all wanted to know how other companies work so they can compare with theirs. 1st interview: CEO for 1.5 hours, 2nd interview: CFO for 1.5 hours, 3rd interview: Another creative director for 1.5 hours. Of course I wasn't gonna get hired or there was no 4th interview because the 3rd interview was a creative director too (pretty much same position I was applying for) Clearly I was a threat. Next time, please do not waste other people's time if you don't have the intention to hire.

It was very nice, the people are friendly. I felt comfortable sharing my passion and talking about my experience. The questions were ver popular. They offered me coffee during the interview
