HR interview and then the hiring manager interview. It was over Microsoft Teams and the first interview lasted 45 minutes or so. 2nd round was with hiring manager and mine was in person

Interview
Slow interview process. They asked me to record 2 videos of myself were I was supposed to answer 2 questions. I tried to get a hold of the recruitment person who totally ghosted me. I also contacted his manager who said they weren't ready yet. 3 weeks after I received an autogenerated no thanks email. No feedback at all on those 2 videos I invested several hours in.

Needed to record 2 videos of my self with 2 different questions. The first one: Why will you be a great fit for the Global Marketing Team? And the second one was: Tell me about the biggest mistake you done in your career?
