Maesa interview questions

The recruiter reached out to schedule a time. We met, and it went great. Then I met with the hiring manager and director of the team, and it also went great. I didn't end up getting the offer, which is fine; I understand there was someone maybe more qualified. But my problem is that when the recruiter emailed me to tell me I didn't get it, she said to stay in touch and she'd love to keep me in mind for other openings. When we first spoke, I had asked about being considered for another position as well, and she said she would share my resume with the hiring manager for that role. Now, when she told me I got rejected, I said thank you and asked about the other one. It's been a month now, I've followed up twice, and still no response.

Very quick. I had a same day turnaround. Easy process once the interview was set up. My job offer was in hand by end of the week and I started a few weeks after.
