I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Madison Reed (Denver, CO)
Interview
The recruiter I spoke with was really nice and professional. But the hiring manager was very robotic, awkward, and judgy during the interview. Recruitment is a two-way street and she really turned me off, unfortunately. Not at all conversational, and she spoke to me like I was a child. She explained the obvious interview process to me as if I had never experienced an interview in my entire life (I’m 40). All of her questions seemed irrelevant and like she was reading from a list she had found on her first Google. Maybe it was just a clash of personalities, but that’s not the culture for me.
