Interview process was quick and efficient. I had a preliminary interview, up level interview, panel interview and then an interview with the CEO. All happened within a week and they were very communicative the whole way.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about previous experience, work samples etc.
The interview process took about 6 weeks and was 5 interviews with various people on the team. The interviews themselves were pretty standard and I felt good about everyone I talked to and my qualifications for the role. After a week past my final interview I got an email at 5pm on Friday that they would not be continuing with my application past the "first round interviews". This lack of consideration after so much time had been dedicated to their process to not even send me the right rejection email left a very bad taste in my mouth about the company.

I am grateful for the people I met through interviewing, and it seems like a really great company to work for overall, but it shouldn’t take 6+ interviews to find the candidate. I had 6 interviews within the span of a week - 2 we’re 30 minutes but the rest were 60 minutes, sometimes talking to multiple people at one time. It felt really inefficient and a waste of my time in the end. Again, the company would be great to get in with but the interview process seems to waste a lot of peoples time.
