There were 2 rounds of discussions after a brief email introduction from a friend of mine. One was a technical round by the Lead Architect of the company. Some pretty basic questions were followed by a problem. It went on for about 45 minutes. It was then followed by a discussion with the CEO. He briefly discussed about how, why & when the company was founded, what their vision was & what their immediate-future plans are. I then was told that I'd hear back from them in a day or two.
