Started with recruiter reaching out to me from Naukri and asked to share updated resume.
After a week She reached out for short JD alignment call. After that she shared a aptitude test link. After clearing that I went through 2 technical rounds 1st with a senior member of team most probably a lead or manager that didn't go very well for me, That was a rapid fire kind of interview. I don't prefer such interviews as it puts pressure on you. It had a lot of technical questions related to AWS and Data migration and other cloud platforms and How you manage data migration from AWS to Azure kind of question. I wasn't expecting the call back from them but they called me the next day for the second round. They said it will be with their leadership member. I was expecting Director level person but then I saw their COO Mr Nandan on my screen. He was calm and asked elaborate questions and gave me time to answer them asked follow up question mostly based on governance and risk management and stakeholder management. Here I was very confident so asked a few questions to him about the companies future prospects and business outlook which he explained in details.
As I was confident for the call back it did happen, Recruiter called me soon after and asked time to schedule the HR(Culture fitment round) where they asked a lot of behavioural questions, related to how you handle pressure, team alignment, budget, conflicts.
