I sent two polite follow-up emails to inquire about the status of my application but did not receive any response. I understand that hiring processes can evolve and that priorities may shift. However, after multiple rounds and the time invested on both sides, I would have appreciated a brief update or formal decision. The lack of communication at that stage felt unprofessional and left the process without proper closure.
