Mace Assistant Design Manager interview questions

My interview process started with an introduction into Mace and the interviewer, which was friendly & warm. Followed by questions from the interviewer; to see if i have an understanding of the role I applied for, a description on my skills & my experiences, on why i applied & how I see myself making an impact to Mace. These questions lead to detailed conversations on sustainability, the vast employment opportunities from Mace etc. as well as direct feedback from the interviewer, allowing them to expand more on their experiences through their time at Mace. I asked multiple questions, which added more time to the interview process. Allowing me naturally to open the floor to more questions from the interviewer.
