Simple and clear process(online test-> group interview-> panel interview), but one of the interviewers is extremely disrespectful. Keep judging the language and the background?? The question he asked is totally irrelevant to the position, and even interrupt candidates’ speeches! 7 interviewers but only one female. Same interviewer for first and second interview.

The question for group discussion is similar with liberal studies question, like would you agree with we need to prohibit teenagers from using social media？
1-hour group discussion with a given topic. Simply brainstorm and express yourself in your preferred language and finally pick one groupmate to present to the interviewers. Q&A section included, both interviewees to interviewers and interviewers to interviewees.
It was a group interview and discuss about the topic they gave to us. We then need to present our conclusion and some follow up questions regarding our performance were asked.
