Question 1
1. Previous experience and professional growth through out the time.
First round was just an aptitude test. I got the second round interview which they said was just a phone call screener. After this I am pretty sure there are two more rounds.

Interview
First Round: Assessment round where questions are asked consisting of aptitude questions of easy level and 3 closing questions of easy to average level.
Second Round: Technical Interview
Third Round: Presentation Round usually checks for your skills in presentation.
Fourth Round: HR Round.
