They conduct three rounds of interview. One is aptitude and technical written and hr round. Aptitude was easy and technical with average difficulty and can be answered in c or java or php.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MST Solutions (Trichy) in Apr 2016
Interview
2 Rounds of technical interview. Initial round with offshore team next round will be with manager team, Offshore interview will be a quite difficult. Question will mostly be on the recent release.
