I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MSH Group
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter from MSH Group to screen for a TLC position with a client. After scheduling the screening -- and leaving messages within the scheduling software and LI -- I never received a call. I reached out to the recruiter after 5 minutes to see if they were going to still join and never heard back. I took the liberty of rescheduling the screen through the scheduling software once the interview window passed and sent them a message saying that I rescheduled and to let me know if they weren't going to be able to make the new time -- no apology (let alone acknowledgment) between rescheduling and the new screening time the next day. The set-aside time came (no call) and went (no outreach between the end of the scheduled time and the time of this writing). Barring unforeseen circumstances preventing outreach, it is absolutely unprofessional not only to miss the initial meeting but more so the rescheduled time. What's more is receiving no apology or acknowledgement after the fact. I get that life happens; but when the industry bemoans "ghosting" from candidates, you would think recruiters would know that using this approach themselves sours goodwill and shrinks potential within talent pools. I'm disappointed with this experience/recruiter and will now be wary and appreciative of anything having to do with MSH Group in the future. Be cautious out there, and don't waste your time! (If you're looking for a job, hang in there; something will work out.)
Involved a thorough review of my application, an initial screening phase, then additional interviews with hiring managers or a panel, there were then assessment tests and reference checks, and a final offer.
1 round with HR representative, then 1 round with CTO to determine whether fit for the job. No technical interview. Very nice and understanding people, actual conversation and not interrogation in terms of the interview.
