Interview stages and content
HR/Screening Round: An initial HR call to discuss work experience, company culture, and role fit.
Technical Rounds: These interviews will assess your technical skills, with questions ranging from basic aptitude to specific role-related topics. For example, candidates may be asked how to calculate an EMI or demonstrate their analytical skills.
Management/Situational Rounds: These interviews focus on your ability to handle challenges, manage multiple projects, and align with the company's goals.
Senior/Final Round: Depending on the role, this could be an interview with a senior leader, possibly even the CEO, to assess your overall experience and fit
