MP Systems Manager, safety & training interview questions

A contact within this company reached out to me directly to gauge my interest in this position. I was invited to submit my application, where it took about a week for the Recruiting Manager to contact me. A few days later, I had a phone screen with Recruiting Manager, then progressed to in- person interview with President, HR Director, and Safety Director one week later. Next day, I reached out to the Recruiting Manager, but did not hear anything from this organization until about 4 weeks later. Automated notification moving in a different direction.
