Interview
I applied the position through sending the professor my resume. The interview is arranged three days later through Skype. I gave a presentation about my PhD study and we had discussions on my research. He asked a lot of questions and tried to understand what I am doing in my research.
The process is very clear but it might depend on the PI. First one-on-one interview with the PI. Then you need to present your research work to the lab. Finally discuss with lab people in one-on-one.

Interview
Virtual interview for 30 min, including a short presentation, PI was very friendly. Got an email offer after I followed up in the third week.
