Contacted advisor you want to work with and meet for one-on-one interview.
Then set up a schedule to meet an future-advisor and discuss previous work and future work to do. After that he contacted me that I can work in his lab, he gave me time to think about it and I accepted the offer.
The interview was straightforward all related questions and inquiries were discussed to assess the compatibility for the desired position, The interviewer was a professional he held his part. s s s s.
I starts with Resume Screening, then an Interview, then a Coding test. Overall, it was not super difficult because I've had similar experiences previously. In addition, my Professors also gave a good recommendation letter, so it wasn't too bad.

I emailed the professor, who scheduled a call to speak with me. It is helpful if you have a pre-existing tie to MIT. Definitely varies depending on who you reach out to, but very worth reaching out in the first place.
