I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at MISO (Lafayette, IN) in Sep 2018
Interview
I applied online, met the recruiter at my school's career fair, and received an email requesting a phone interview a few days later. The recruiter was also the one conducting my interview. She was amazing at describing the role and selling the job to me. I misunderstood a few of the questions and just answered them in the best way I could. She ended up having to ask me them again because I didn't answer them in the way she needed me to. Overall, it was a great interview experience. They have a great internship program that really focuses on intern growth.
