A bit unethical process - was interviewed twice by team members and then told to wait as people are busy and no response after that. A bit of closure would be good.

Very long response time. First interview with the COO - introductory, checking for a company fit, friendly, conversational. Second interview with the Senior Business Designer (or alike), checking the fit for the role, technical skills etc.
