The company had visited our campus for a career fair and picked up a few resumes. After short listing these 5 to 6 candidates has phone interviews with the HR. Post this few candidates were eliminated and then technical round of phone interviews were conducted .The results were shared after 3 weeks and only one candidate was selected.
