    Pros

    Benefits, flexible with management. Each office is different.

    Cons

    Complex duties, even would get calls at 9pm-10pm to fix travel arrangements. You are on call even when you left the office or took days off. Boss did not consider and would still contact me while on vacation or pto.

    Receive great health benefits, while working with great people within your department.

    Cons

    Executives often had no idea what the everyday employees wanted from their time at work, and seemed very focused on their bottom line and nothing else.
