I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MD Anderson Cancer Center
Interview
The hiring process started as any other company-after 2-3 weeks of the application, a human resource (HR) representative contacts the individual for an on-site interview. This part of the process is organized, and HR is nice at this point. However, after the interview, if one isn’t the choice to move forward, they stop all means of communication and leaves the applicant in limbo.
For an organization with a stellar reputation, it is surprising to note that this drop in communication happens often. Even other organizations that do not share the luxury of such prestige communicate better. This is unprofessional and leaves a sour taste in ones mouth.
